Thank you for purchasing from Scentsational. Scentsational Fragrances  sells digital products, including downloadable ebooks and digital guides. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally considered final.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

Please make sure you review the product description and information provided on the product page before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

- You were charged more than once for the same product.

- You purchased the same digital product more than once accidentally.

- You paid for a product but did not receive access to the digital download due to a technical issue.

- The digital file is materially defective or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us at scentsationalfragrances@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and provide your order number and a description of the problem.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement download or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

- You have successfully received or downloaded the digital product.

- You changed your mind after purchasing.

- You purchased the product without reviewing its description.

- You purchased the product and later decided that you did not want or need it.

- You are unable to use the product because your device or software does not support the file format.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased product.
